The Citizenship Foundation has been running employee volunteering programmes for over ten years. Increasing numbers of our programmes are opening up exciting and innovative opportunities for employees to volunteer their time to share and develop their skills with young people.
Lawyers in Schools
Lawyers in Schools places legal professionals into the classroom to work with young people to develop their awareness and understanding of the law.
Paying For It
As part of the Paying For It programme, Aviva UK employees work with small groups of young people in the classroom to discuss economic citizenship topics such as health, money, environment and public spending.
Go Givers
The Go Givers project is a three-part website containing sections for teachers, parents and children of primary age and is designed to be used on an interactive whiteboard.
Giving Nation
Giving Nation, a project of the Citizenship Foundation, is an independent national initiative that celebrates the power of young people, encouraging them to reshape their world through giving to others.
Mock Trial Competitions
In the Bar National Mock Trial and Magistrates' Court Mock Trial competitions teams of young people from all over Britain take part in a criminal mock trial in a real court.
